Shiva Vardaan Foundation is a registered non-profit social organization (NGO) established with the vision of creating a positive, sustainable, and inclusive impact on society. The Foundation was founded by Dr. Vandana Kashyap and Mr. Amit Kumar Kashyap, who together bring over 18 years of dedicated experience in the fields of social education, technical education, skill development, employment generation, business development, environmental protection, and healthcare services.
Before formally establishing Shiva Vardaan Foundation, the founders and their core team worked continuously across various social sectors, directly impacting the lives of thousands of individuals. Over the years, they have successfully trained more than 3,000 students through technical training programs, skill development initiatives, job placement support, entrepreneurship guidance, and capacity-building programs. Their long-standing grassroots work laid a strong foundation for the creation of an organized, mission-driven NGO with a global outlook.
Shiva Vardaan Foundation was formed by uniting socially conscious individuals from across India and the Indian diaspora abroad, with the shared purpose of contributing meaningfully to society. The Foundation believes that real development is possible only when people, nature, and future generations are equally protected and empowered.
The organization works at multiple levels—rural and urban, district and state, national and international—ensuring that development reaches every section of society. Its key focus areas include social welfare, education, advanced technical and digital skill development, job placement and employment support programs, free entrepreneurship and business development training, healthcare awareness and medical camps, environmental conservation, and cultural and youth development initiatives.
