Mr. Rakesh D. Yadav has over 20 years of experience in NGO operations and journalism. He has actively worked in social development, public awareness, and community empowerment. As Patron, he provides strategic guidance and leadership, strengthening the Foundation’s mission of service, transparency, and social transformation.
Mr. Amit Kumar Kashyap has over 18 years of experience in NGO operations, education, and the IT sector. He has actively worked in business development, startup support programs, and FMCG sector growth. Through the Foundation, he leads initiatives in free education support, Startup India programs, IT skill development, and community-based self-reliance projects aimed at empowering youth and entrepreneurs. Mr.kashyap is a visionary leader who believes in growing together and empowering everyone along the journey. Throughout his life, he has personally provided skill development and professional training to more than 3,000 students, enabling them to secure placements in India and abroad.
Even today, he remains fully dedicated to human service and nation-building, devoting his life to the welfare of humanity and the service of Bharat Mata. Dr. Vandana Kashyap has over 15 years of experience working with NGO bodies across Uttar Pradesh and Madhya Pradesh. She holds a Doctorate degree and has conducted in-depth grassroots-level research on the topic “Changing Lifestyle of Highly Educated Youth in the Perspective of Modernization.”
Her academic expertise and field experience provide strong leadership and vision to the Foundation’s social development initiatives. Dr. Vandana Kashyap’s dream is to contribute to the welfare of not only India but the entire world through the work of her NGO. She has conducted research on more than 1,000 youth on the subject “Changing Lifestyle of Highly Educated Youth in the Perspective of Modernization.” She has actively provided free education support and social welfare services, focusing on youth empowerment, awareness, and community development. Her vision, academic dedication, and humanitarian approach continue to guide Shiva Vardaan Foundation toward inclusive growth and global well-being.
Mr. Umesh Pandey has over 20 years of experience in journalism, social service, and NGO operations. With strong leadership and administrative expertise, he actively supports organizational planning, program implementation, and community development initiatives of the Foundation. Mr. Umesh Pandey has a strong All-India network and has dedicated his entire life to selfless service for the nation. He works with complete dedication and integrity, driven by the spirit of national service and humanity. His lifelong commitment to social welfare and community development reflects his devotion to serving Bharat Mata through meaningful and impactful social initiatives.
Mr. Ajay Dwivedi has over 21 years of experience in the fields of spirituality, cultural development, and organizational leadership. He possesses deep insight into value-based management, ethical leadership, and team guidance, and plays a significant role in directing the Foundation’s strategic planning, good governance, and social initiatives. His vision is to ensure that India’s rich culture, traditions, and heritage remain preserved through the NGO’s efforts, and that every section of society becomes connected with spiritual awareness, contributing to the creation of a strong, cultured, and harmonious nation.
Mr. Sunil Kumar has over 25 years of experience in industrial development, business development, financial account management, and NGO operations. He has worked extensively across Uttar Pradesh, Chhattisgarh, and Maharashtra, contributing to financial planning, transparent accounting systems, and sustainable organizational growth.
Mr. Devesh Tiwari has over 10 years of experience in social work at village and town levels. A dedicated youth and strong leader, he actively works for humanitarian causes, supporting farmers, men, women, and children through health, welfare, and community development initiatives. His commitment and ground-level service play a vital role in strengthening the mission of Shiva Vardaan Foundation

Mr. Saurabh Shrivastava has over 25 years of professional experience in national and international social work. He has actively led motivational programs, job fair initiatives, and placement support activities, and maintains strong connections with international companies and institutions. As International Executive Director, he plays a vital role in global coordination, international partnerships, and expanding the Foundation’s presence worldwide. His dream is to ensure that people from India become skilled, self-reliant, and globally competitive, enabling them to achieve success both in India and abroad while bringing recognition and pride to the nation through their talent and dedication.
Prof. Archana Kashyap has over 26 years of experience in child welfare programs and the education sector. For the past 10 years, she has been actively supporting NGO initiatives, managing projects and cultural programs across government and non-government schools. Her vast experience plays a vital role in planning, execution, and monitoring of the Foundation’s educational and social development projects.
Adv. Pratima Tiwari is an experienced advocate with over 15 years of expertise in social service, crime control, and women empowerment across both rural and urban areas. She has been actively associated as a legal advisor with various NGO bodies, providing guidance on legal compliance, rights awareness, and social justice initiatives. Her legal knowledge and commitment play a crucial role in strengthening the Foundation’s ethical and regulatory framework.
Mr. Uttam Dixit has over 28 years of experience in social programs across Rajasthan state. For the past 15 years, he has been actively involved in social service and editorial work, contributing to public awareness and community development initiatives. His vast experience and leadership strengthen the Foundation’s outreach and social impact.
Mr. Devendra K. Ahirwar has over 8 years of experience in national and international social work programs, with active involvement across Middle East countries. He has contributed to free business development seminars, export market awareness programs, and international coordination initiatives. His experience supports the Foundation’s global outreach and international collaboration efforts.
Mr. Shailendra Pandey has over 28 years of experience in social development programs. He has worked extensively in women empowerment initiatives, poverty alleviation programs, and has actively contributed to the implementation of government-supported social projects. Mr. Pramod S. Gaur has over 18 years of experience in marketing and public relations. He has strong expertise in team leadership, placement support, job fair programs, and industrial networking. Mr. Anurag Bajpai has over 35 years of experience in corporate relations and CSR coordination. He has extensive expertise in building and managing All-India level corporate partnerships, strengthening industry collaboration, and supporting sustainable CSR initiatives aligned with the Foundation’s social development goals.
Ms. Parul Gupta has over 5 years of experience in NGO and media-related work. She has actively engaged in ground-level reporting and awareness programs covering social issues related to children, women, men, health, education, culture, and environmental protection. Her role focuses on strengthening media outreach, documentation, and public communication for the Foundation’s social initiatives.
Mr. Gopinath Sahu has over 35 years of experience in the field of sports and cultural development. He is a National Champion in Taekwondo and a Champion Archer (Teerandaz). Along with his sports achievements, he has actively worked in youth training, women protection awareness, sports coaching, and cultural promotion programs. As a team leader, he plays an important role in strengthening sports discipline, fitness, and cultural values within the initiatives of Shiva Vardaan Foundation.
Mr. Anil Tiwari has over 27 years of experience as a Safety Officer in government bodies. He has also actively provided his services to NGO initiatives, supporting safety management, disaster preparedness, risk awareness, and community protection programs. His expertise ensures safe operations and responsible implementation of the Foundation’s social activities.
Mr. Devesh Sharma has over 20 years of experience in ground-level journalism and reporting across India. He has extensively covered social issues related to slum areas, environmental challenges, Indian heritage, urban and rural education, and grassroots concerns. His reporting has focused on critical issues involving rivers, mountains, agriculture fields, land degradation, and community livelihoods. Along with journalism, he actively supports NGO initiatives by highlighting social problems and strengthening public awareness through responsible media engagement.
Mr. Inshu Malhotra has over 8 years of experience in IT and technical support. He actively contributes his technical expertise to support the digital operations and technology-driven initiatives of Shiva Vardaan Foundation. His dream is to pass on his skills and technical knowledge to the next generation, helping young minds become digitally empowered and future-ready. Through his continuous support, he plays an important role in strengthening the Foundation’s technological infrastructure and digital outreach.
Dr. Ramdas Kundalik Tate is a highly respected social worker and media professional with over 35 years of experience in journalism, public awareness, and social welfare activities. He has more than 15 years of NGO experience, working actively for the upliftment of poor and needy people through humanitarian support, emergency help, blood donation assistance, free eye-glasses distribution, and community welfare programs.
During the lockdown period, he provided relief support by distributing food tiffins and essential kits to vulnerable families. He has also contributed towards public justice and awareness initiatives, believing that social service is the greatest duty.
For his outstanding work in social service and journalism, he was honored with a Doctorate Degree by the Gandhi Plus Foundation, Nepal.
Ms. Preeti Singh has over 8 years of experience in social service. She actively supports women empowerment, education awareness, and social welfare programs at the state level. She plays a key role in community outreach and coordination of grassroots initiatives across Uttar Pradesh.
Ms. Snehalata Maharana has over 10 years of experience in social work. She is actively involved in community development and women-focused programs, supporting awareness initiatives related to education, health, and rural empowerment across Odisha.
Mr. Rudra Pal Singh is a senior media professional and the Editor-in-Chief of Bharatsatya TV, with over 35 years of experience in journalism, reporting, and public communication. He also has more than 25 years of experience working with Trust and NGO organizations.
As a respected National Level Member of Shiva Vardaan Foundation, he plays a vital role in strengthening the Foundation’s media outreach, social awareness campaigns, communication strategy, and national-level public engagement, helping to spread the mission of humanity and social development across India.
Mr. Yudhveer Singh Lamba has over 15 years of experience in social welfare activities. He is actively engaged in youth motivation, community development, and cultural promotion programs across Haryana, supporting the Foundation’s social and cultural initiatives.
Mr. Raju Pandey has over 15 years of experience in district-level social work. He supports environmental awareness, rural education, and community welfare programs, especially in hilly and forest areas of Nainital. He is also actively involved in ground-level reporting and humanitarian problem-solving in coordination with the NGO team.
Mr. Vujjeni Ravinder Rao is an experienced social worker with 6 years of NGO experience. He currently serves as the National General Secretary & State President (Telangana) of the Indian Veterans Organisation (Bharat). With strong leadership and administrative expertise, he actively supports social welfare initiatives, community development programs, and awareness campaigns across Telangana and South India, strengthening the national mission of Shiva Vardaan Foundation.
Mr. Rathore Shyam Ji Bhai has over 20 years of experience in social service and community development across Gujarat. He actively supports rural upliftment programs, education awareness, and environmental protection initiatives.He works closely on addressing key regional challenges including water scarcity, farmer distress, climate change impacts, unemployment, industrial pollution, and health–education gaps in rural and tribal areas. Mr. Manohar Dubey has over 15 years of experience in social service and community development. He is actively involved in rural development, education awareness, and poverty alleviation programs, contributing to sustainable social transformation across Bihar. He works closely on addressing major regional challenges such as severe unemployment, widespread poverty, large-scale migration for livelihood, weak education and healthcare systems, and recurring floods. His ground-level engagement supports long-term community resilience and humanitarian development initiatives of the Foundation.
Mr. Manoj Singh Parihar has over 15 years of experience in social service and community development across Madhya Pradesh. He is actively involved in programs related to farmer welfare, rural development, and social awareness. He works closely on addressing key regional challenges including farmer distress, water scarcity, low agricultural income, unemployment, malnutrition, and limited health and education facilities in tribal and rural areas. His grassroots efforts contribute significantly to sustainable development and humanitarian support initiatives of the Foundation.
Mr. Vijendra Singh Negi has 25 years of experience in the Indian Army, where he actively served in the field of sports. After his service, he also served as the Former President of the Mussoorie Sports Association, contributing significantly to the promotion of sports and youth development. Currently, he is associated with Shiva Vardaan Foundation as the State Head (Sports & Culture) for the Uttarakhand range, where he continues to dedicate his services toward sports promotion, cultural activities, and youth engagement. His vast experience, discipline, and leadership consistently add strong value to the Foundation’s programs and initiatives.
